Shane: How did you end up being the personal chef for Tom Brady and Gisele?
Allen: Yeah. I believe everything happens for a reason. And so, here I am in Miami, like 1,200 miles from where I’m from, which is Boston. Actually had met Tom very briefly in 2002. Some people knew who he was, but he was still just making his way into the Boston scene as an athlete. Then he came into the restaurant I worked at very often. Anyway, there was a connection because that was the time he won a lot of Super Bowls.
