Join us as we discover delicious and healthy recipes that unlock the healthiest versions of ourselves.
One of the most important decisions you make every day is what to eat.
What you eat impacts how you feel, how much energy you have, and your long-term health.
We all have some basic concept of what it means to “try and live healthy.” We exercise, read labels, and reduce sugar, but it still feels like something’s missing.
Walking through grocery stores, I’m surprised to find products increasingly filled with ingredients that are anything but good for you.
What does your body actually need to thrive?
FS Nourish will teach you the ins and outs of buying, preparing, and cooking delicious, healthy recipes. And the best part is that they’ll be simple enough for anyone to prepare (even me!), no matter how busy they are. Plus, your kids will love them!
Recipes are only part of the story. We’ll dive deep into the connections between what we eat and how we live. We’ll go from farm to table – and even into the lab – to get the real science behind your food.
I’ve teamed up with award-winning Chef, Marysol Foucault.
Marysol was the proprietor and chef at three of the best restaurants in the country. She’s won award after award and had lines around the block to eat her food. The last time I was at one of her restaurants, I sat beside a couple on vacation from Spain who stayed an extra two days just to eat there!
Together we’re designing a series of delicious, simple recipes, that are good for us. Along the way, Chef Marysol will offer the pro tips you can expect from a world-class chef so that you can take your cooking to the next level.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why did we decide to do this?
A: Speaking with guests like Allen Campbell or David Sinclair has exposed me to how food and performance interact. Food is a key ingredient to positioning ourselves and improving our performance.
Q: Can I adjust these recipes?
A: Absolutely! In the PDFs you’ll see additional notes and tips we’ve also tried. This can be substitutions, different preferences, or changes for dietary restrictions!
Q: I have more questions; what should I do?
A: Email [email protected], and we’d happily answer your additional questions! Feel free to also share any feedback you might have.
Q: Why are we qualified to do this?
A: Our goal isn’t to get down to the exact science of every food molecule. While we have a professional chef, we do not claim to know everything. We simply want to create healthy food for busy families.
Q: I didn’t like a specific recipe. How can I improve it?
A: We encourage you to try different variations with all the recipes! Some may be amazing just how we’ve put them, but everyone has different preferences (no judgment here!). We tried these recipes repeatedly, making small changes until we felt great about it; you can do the same.
